The "Jahresgaben"/Editions of the Westfälischer Kunstverein are exclusively available for members. Any member may, while supplies last, purchase one or more editions.
Non-members who wish to purchase an edition must apply membership to Westfälischer Kunstverein together with the order.
All prices include VAT and, unless otherwise specified, do not include a frame.
We request all orders in writing (by letter or email); orders via telephone are not accepted.
If there are more orders than available editions of the current year, the lot decides. All orders are treated equally.
Orders on remaining editions (backlist) are dealt with in the order they are received.
All orders on current editions of the year 2023 received until Friday, 8 December 2023 will be considered for a possible draw. Following each member who has ordered an edition, will be sent an invoice. This does not apply if the order was not taken into account in a possible draw.
If you would like to collect the work yourself we kindly ask to pay the amount on the invoice. Please arrange a date for pick up with us. Opening hours of our office (Rothenburg 30, 48143 Münster, Germany): Tuesday to Friday from 10 am-1 pm and from 2-5 pm.
If you would like your edition to be shipped additional costs are required. The edition will be dispatched after receipt of full payment. Westfälischer Kunstverein cannot be held liable for the shipment of the edition.
Ordered editions cannot be returned or exchanged.
